Chondro-osseous respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma（COREAH）は鼻副鼻腔に発生する骨軟骨化生を伴う稀な過誤腫である。今回われわれは中咽頭まで伸展したCOREAH例を経験したので報告する。
